Wedding Nannies
Mortimer Nannies are unique wedding childcare specialists, bringing a touch of Festival Va Va Voom to your big day. We have earned our title ‘The Keepers of Calm’ caring for thousands of children at various festivals and events over the last decade.
Not only do we provide the care and safety, so Parents can kick back and enjoy the celebrations stress-free – we also ensure that the children are having just as much fun as you!
Our team consists of fully qualified Nannies and DBS checked assistants – the crew has decades of experience between them and includes Nannies , Norland and Chiltern trained child carers, Teachers, Paediatric Nurses, Sports Coaches, Midwifes, Maternity Nannies, Entertainers, Face Painters and a whole host of other amazing skilled staff.
Before each wedding we will send out a questionnaire and gauge the children’s ages and interests so we can handpick both the activities and the staff to facilitate them on the day, offering a truly bespoke approach.
With regards to timing, we can provide a creche that covers just a few hours care leaving you to enjoy the service, meals and speeches or you can choose an ‘all day’ service which morphs into a giant sleepover (open until the end of the wedding day) with cosy beanbags, ready beds, blankets, movies and fairy lights at night.
If you do not need a full on creche service but would prefer just a couple of Nannies on hand throughout the day, then that can be an option too..
If your wedding is to be held in a hotel or more formal venue, we are happy to liaise with them directly regarding location and set up of the creche on the day. If you are holding an outdoor style celebration, we own our own giant Bell tents and work with some gorgeous yurt suppliers so can also provide and dress an independent structure prior to the big day.
Equally, if a structure is all you need, we are happy to provide and dress a bell tent or yurt allowing you to use at your leisure throughout the event – be that a baby hub, play zone, giant dressing up room or crafty hideaway, we can meet your needs and work with your vision.
