We use this information to build an accurate picture of your specific requirements and match your needs with prospective employers. For the purpose of the service we provide, this information may be shared with representatives of Mortimer Nannies and prospective employers. We will not disclose any information to any company or organization outside Mortimer Nannies unless required to do so by law.

The Agency endeavours to provide the most suitable employers for introduction to you, the Nanny. However, the final decision to undertake employment with clients of Mortimer Nannies is the sole responsibility of the Nanny. The Agency makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied as to the suitability, honesty, capability or character of any Client introduced to the Nanny. The agency shall not be liable for any loss, liability, damage, costs, claims or expenses suffered or incurred from or connected with the recruitment or engagement of any candidate by a Client.
